This weekend we start a journey together through the gospel (good news) about Jesus according to Luke. Our desire is to understand the times in Jesus day and  to construct a bridge of understanding his teaching in our life and times. Luke is the most comprehensive of the four gospels and gives us details so we can believe in the reliability of the history of Jesus life.  Jesus love for people is good news for everyone. We desire not only to believe and to  understand, but to respond to him in faith.
